Floral City Kiwanis
Club members will be collecting various items needed by the school and bringing them to regular meetings. At regular intervals, the collected items will be boxed up and shipped to the school for the use of the students and the teaching staff. The club is also underwriting a full scholarship for one student
Open swim and swimming instruction for physically, mentally, and emotionally handicapped youth and adults, and their families, at Monroe Middle School. Thursdays when school is in session.
This is our annual peanut sale fund raiser. Richard Greer is chair.
We will be marking the route, manning major crossings, helping with registration and at the finish.
We are providing refreshments and prizes, as well as man-power, for the ISD's Halloween Dance. Bill Salow is chairing this event.
Once again we will be selling poinsettias for our Christmas fund raiser. Orders will be due by Sunday, November 20. (You may e-mail your order totals to me.) I am challenging each and every one of you to sell at least 15 plants.

Poinsettias will be delivered this morning to each member. Members will deliver their plants to their buyers. All members who are free in the morning are needed to help with delivery.
This is for members and signifcant others.

Our club will be putting on one of its bi-monthly meals for the needy Thursday evening at the First Presbyterian Church of Monroe. Workers need to be at the church by 5 PM for setup, or by 6 PM for serving and clean-up.
Members will be preparing and serving a meal to the special campers at Holiday camp. Actual date will be posted as soon as it is set.
Club members will sell bagged peanuts along the parade route. Details to be announced at a regular meeting.
